BOE members must consistently SUPPORT the teachers. As a father of a teacher, I know that fair compensation, support and adequate resources are vital.
Guard, Guide and Govern the teachers and the community in order to allow growth, structure
Provide the resources and support so that each school can achieve its potential.
What is already happening in our schools. Let the community know how we are already moving forward.
